I brought my product development expertise to IDEO EU and helped realize clients’ product visions. Working in an agency pushed me to get comfortable diving into highly complex topics quickly. Two of my proudest projects include designing and launching a website that helped house Ukrainian refugees fleeing into Poland, and delivering a tangible product vision for a Pakistani startup aimed at bringing financial services to women.
Egencia is a Managed Corporate Travel platform serving 10,000+ customers worldwide; acquired by AmEx GBT in late 2021
I lead design initiatives for multiple product areas and regularly presented this work to senior executives. This taught me how to effectively communicate with people 3 to 4 levels above me. I supported product, design, and engineering teammates in Seattle, Chicago, Paris, and Gurgaon, which included a lot of travel. Two of my proudest launches were a completely new concept for multi-item shopping and checkout, and a critical A11y improvement as well as team awareness and training. The work of my team directly contributed to the AmEx acquisition.
